Free Government Information (FGI) is a place for initiating dialogue and building consensus among the various players (libraries, government agencies, non-profit organizations, researchers, journalists, etc.) who have a stake in the preservation of and perpetual free access to government information. FGI promotes free government information through collaboration, education, advocacy and research.

New alternative to YouTube

Capitol Hill Broadcasting Network is new service that offers politicos an alternative to YouTube and similar sites.

CHBN “is a powerful, interactive, internet broadcasting platform created specifically for those with vested interests in politics and government affairs. CHBN empowers its members with user-friendly, internet video technology tools to communicate with targeted audiences and the general public.

CHBN provides a free service for broadcasting member-generated political video content.

CHBN is a one-stop portal for viewers to see the latest political news, legislative updates, committee hearings, speeches, commercials, and countless other political videos.
