Our mission

Free Government Information (FGI) is a place for initiating dialogue and building consensus among the various players (libraries, government agencies, non-profit organizations, researchers, journalists, etc.) who have a stake in the preservation of and perpetual free access to government information. FGI promotes free government information through collaboration, education, advocacy and research.

Data Rich Reports

Gary at InfoDocket produced a great list of more than 100 “data rich” reports from all over. Get ’em while you can!

The list includes reports on “newsworthy” topics (Brexit, Muslim Populations world wide, State and Local Sales Tax Rates) as well as many, many other topics including Artificial Intelligence, China, Climate, Journalism, Migration, data sharing, and shark attacks!

Remember, just because they are there today does not mean they will be there tomorrow.
