Welcome Barrett Jones, Blogger of the Month for October, 2007
Hi all. I'd like to introduce our October blogger-of-the-month, Barrett Jones. Barrett comes to us by way of the IMF Library in Washington DC. Take it away Barrett! Barrett Jones, BOTM for October, 2007
Barrett Jones is a librarian at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. He holds an MLIS from UCLA and has worked in both government and special libraries, including the U.S. Courts and the Rand Corporation. He has presented at library technology conferences and written articles about technology for library journals. In his free time he tills the earth in his community garden plot with his wife Gabriela and plays in a noise-rock group with an unpronounceable name. Cass Hartnett, BOTM for September, 2007
Cass Hartnett is U.S. Documents Librarian at the University of Washington Libraries, a position she's held since 1997. She also teaches the Government Publications class at the University of Washington School of Information, loving the energy and inspiration she receives from students. Her main interests are American women's history and the historical/popular value of federal government information. She co-founded the Northwest Government Information Network (NGIN) and is currently Chair-Elect of the American Library Association's Government Documents Roundtable (GODORT). She's thrilled to be contributing to FGI as a novice blogger! Continue reading

Yes, as you can tell, we've been slacking off...um...taking a slight vacation from our invited bloggers of the month. But now we're back with a vengeance to introduce you to Amy West (Amy's bio) our BOTM for August, 2007.
