Secret Army Field Manual on Map Reading

Secrecy News has made available a PDF of a A U.S. Army Field Manual that explains the rudiments of map reading. Distribution of the manual is restricted, and it has not been approved for public release. Maps and Legends Secrecy News, December 28, 2007.

Weird...

My library gave away predecessors to this work from the 40's and 50's last year. Lo and behold, though, the Consolidated Army Publications and Forms Index [DA PAM 25-30] announces that the current version is restricted to US Govt agencies only. I wonder if the new secret version discusses how to use lemon juice and lighters to leave secret messages...
